JWI charges an hourly rate plus travel expenses for all consulting engagements. Our project management fee is a negotiable rate which can be determined by the project requirements. Contact JWI for more details.

Scope of Work:

• Initial meeting with facility, individual or committee.
• After decision is reached to move forward with project, JWI will meet with the principals on how to proceed.
• A follow-up meeting will prepare a standard proposal with project specs to be distributed to all principals.
• Review of bids and discussion.
• Attend pre-construction meetings and determine construction schedule.
• Job supervision and quality control.
• Job completion and acceptance by facility.
• Maintenance training by JWI.
